Bidders known for RTB Bor

BELGRADE — Amalko, Kuprom, East Point, and Strike Force have submitted bids to purchase RTB Bor.
According to the Privatization Agency, there are 22 interested bidders, and the tender commission will be analyzing the bids to see whether they meet the needed criteria.
The conditions for participating in the tender are as follows; the company or consortium must be in the metal production business for at least two years, and it must have had an income last year of at least 40 million dollars and control property worth at least 115 million dollars.
The minimal starting bid is 266.7 million dollars.
